Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with the superb location of the hotel, right next to the Seville Cathedral and overlooking the bustling city. The rooms exceeded my expectations, being much nicer than the deluxe room with a terrace. The staff, especially Alexia from Dunkirk, provided fantastic service, making me feel not just welcome but truly cared for. However, the dining experience was not quite up to par with the hefty price tags, and the room's blind left a gap at the top letting in too much light at night.
The hotel had a unique room experience where each room was different, which was cool, but consistency was lacking. The service was hit and miss, with helpful and courteous staff but sometimes not readily available. The central location was perfect for exploring, though some attention was needed for the pool area. The dining options were varied with fresh choices, but the extra cost for breakfast was not ideal.
The hotel is quite lovely with spacious and comfortable rooms, though the constant music can be bothersome. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist and provide tips. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city with stunning views. The dining options are excellent, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a central and comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel overall was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, right across the street from the Seville cathedral, allowing us to enjoy the magical parade from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, although the manager was not very accommodating. The rooftop terrace bar was definitely the highlight of the hotel. The rooms had a charming view of the side streets, but the smell of stale water was a bit off-putting.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms, but the service was fantastic and the location was excellent. The dining experience was mixed, but overall, it was a decent stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's location is amazing, right in the heart of Sevilla, and surrounded by great places to eat and drink. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, although having a coffee machine and a water boiler for tea would have been perfect. The service was exceptional, always going the extra mile, from a glass of complementary cava on arrival to the turn-down service. The dining experience was excellent overall, but a bit slow with cooked-to-order items. The facilities were top-notch, especially the central location opposite the cathedral and Alcazar.
